battlefield bad company 2 has vehicles I think, not played it multiplayer myself. Shame about the age thing as Battlefield 2 is great :)
 
Unreal Tournament 3 in warfare mode.

Some dislike it, I can see its not the best game out there but it is a rough diamond imo.

Track Mania united (and grab any weapons you want to hit your monitor/friend's/etc with :D )

There are only two games to consider here for best fps in the market (im only considering the new ones)

With BO being the same crap as MW2, no vehicles and completly buggy as hell that just leaves BFBC2.

That game is truely epic! How can some one say Arma 2 over BFBC2, are you mad?:eek:

The only issue with BFBC2 is when your on a noob server and the taem your with donst go for th obj, it ruins the game, but you just fin a server where the attackers attack and the defers defend, and its the best fps in the market hands down!

Plenty of vehicles, and not goofy either, properly done etc!

BFBC2 meets all these criteria, and more!

* multi-player
* have drivable vehicles
* new-ish (nothing before 2007)
* good range of weapons
* not amazingly hard
 
where are you people at your forgetting cod 4 and 5 (if it's on pc your talking about) there amazing you can mod the crap out of it, 100's of zombie maps for cod 5 and hundreds of things for cod 4 like aliens, zombies ect
 
bfbc2 as stated numerous times and Vietnam is out in a few days (or you can preorder and play it in a couple of days) :D

BFBC2 has helicopters, jeeps, tanks and apc.
 
as an alternative Far Cry 2 MP has got some cool custom maps and it's pretty fun, although not as many players online as before

also Company of heroes, although it's not an fps it does tick your boxes
