Spec me a gaming mouse (£40max)

As above, dont wanna spend more than £40, want a good value gaming mouse as i cant handle my cheapy optical mouse any longer.
One i have been looking at is the...

Logitech MX 518 Gaming Grade Optical Mouse

Any opinions? Shall i spend less on a mouse and buy one of them gaming mouse mats aswell? cant remember what the called? icemats or something?
