Spec me a gaming mouse

Hi all

All the title says I need a new gaming mouse, my deathadder respawn has started being awkward and sometimes dosent recognise when I'm pressing the left button. Its only intermittent but really really annoying.
I dont really want to spend a lot more than £40 but I'm open to suggestions, I would probably prefer to stay away from razer products as well, mainly because I would have liked it to last longer than I've had it (all of 18 months!!).
Realistically I would like to have the two buttons on the right side for use with my thumb as well.

Logitech Optical G400?

Glad OcUK have the SteelSeries Xai back, although way out of your budget. Steelseries Ikari also an option.

Got a Qpad 5K and happy with it. Not as feature-packed as the Roccat but finding it more comfortable and better built. Don't get a Roccat if you're worried about build quality.

The G400 is looking like it might be the weapon of choice in this situation as the G500 is out of stock and Im looking to order today as this really is quite irritating.

Roccat Kone [+] has some amazing features and software support. Feels great in the hand, tracks well, 6000 dpi sensor.

I was just chatting to one of my mates who also rates the XAI pretty highly and it looks very similar to the deathadder, may have to increase my budget and grab one of thoes.
