Either of the Razer Naga mice.
Easily the best mouse I've ever owned and you can't beat it for MMO gaming. Also comes with a selection of finger rests to fit the mouse to your hand comfortably.

Naga for MMO's, sounds about right, but it's expensive. There's a logitech G600 equivalent, found it a bit meh. As always, if you can see what's available locally, and see what fits best. They usually have a set of Logitechs and Razer mice in Purple Stores.
