Spec me a gaming pc

hi im building a gaming pc and am on a tight budget could you plz spec me a gaming pc so i can get the very best out of my pc.

Graphics card - £50 - £100 ish (dont mind buying better cards preowned)
cpu and motherboard combo/bundle - £100 - £150 (4 quad core or more)
MY case i already have cit mars midi
psu - £30 - £60
already have optical drives and have my hard drive
After market cpu cooler - £15 - £35
and i want about 6gb of ram
IF i have left anything out, add it to your reccomended spec

i wish to play games on high to max settings
Games i play:
League of legends
natural selection 2
darksiders 2
world of warcraft
diablo 2 and 3
dayz (arma 2 mod)
i plan to play battle field 4
counter strike source
and more

I'm guessing you are gaming at 720p? If not and you are at 1080p, you have no chance of achieving high/max settings in games like Battlefield 4 running budget/mid range components.
 
The above build looks great and if budget permits definitely go for that one. With your budget, high-max settings in games such as bf4 is pretty much impossible. This is a cheap option that can run low-mid 1080p on most games, but don't expect anything amazing from it:
