Spec me a gaming pc

Hello all,

Need a little help, been out the gaming world for a little while.
My m8 would like a new pc for gaming on, he only plays RPG.
He would like it to last for a good 2years before he needs it to
Be upgraded.

He needs everything, monitor, keyboard, mouse OS, the whole lot.
His badger is around £900-£1300. Any help would be gr8.
