Just buy the Titan Nero it will be good enough unless you wish to play Crysis/Metro 2033/BFBC2 maxed but it should still run those decent however you could call them and ask them to add a 5770.(i have the Nero downstairs, tried Resident Evil 5 on it which it played 1920x1080 60fps constant not overclocked.)
Out of interest, what is the resolution of the monitor? The 4850 graphics card is a good bit of kit for the money, but your gaming performance will be heavily influenced by your monitor resolution as well.
The CPU is plenty fast enough for almost all modern games, and the motherboard is AM3 - so can be upgraded to future AMD CPUs when you feel the need to upgrade.
