Spec me a gaming rig

Hey guys im going to be building a gaming pc soon im just wondering what to go for i would like to future proof it as much as i can.

I would like to be able to max out games like GTA 4, Crysis, Dirt 2

Already have monitor, keyboard, Mouse, Speakers.

Will be running games at 1920x1080

I already have a few things towards my new gaming pc.

do you need a O.S?

I currently have a Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB im thinking about getting another and putting them in raid 0 how much of an improvement would that have for game loading times

I've got the same drive, its pretty good now but I think you'll get a fairly good performance from raiding it

i was going to get the corsair h50 cpu cooler but i have seen some reviews where they have broke and leaked all over the place

I cant find anything an it seems to be pretty much 'watercooling for begginers'. I'm considering it for when I start overclocking.
