Yeah get the K version for sure. Also a 128GB SSD is much more convenient, and with your budget should fit in fine?
I'm not too hot on that PSU, I'd recommend an OCZ [on offer TODAY ONLY] or perhaps a CoolerMaster - both of which are modular and will run a 680 fine - the OCZ will run two!

I'd also consider the Samsung monitor instead, as bare in mind that is what you are using all the time - whereas most of the components you never see.
