Spec me a gaming system

Well my cousin is finally ready for the jump to PC gaming and has set aside £800 for a new system.

I'm massively outdated on what is decent these days so I'm calling on you guys to help me out. He's going to need a new monitor too. Only need a 1080p so nothing fancy.

Oh and he is planning on recording "H1Z1,CSGO, The Forest etc" so I'm thinking an Nvidia card so he can use Shadowplay?
