spec me a gfx card

looking for a new gfx card for the below setup


Q6600 @ 3ghz
4gig ram
Gigabyte P35-DS3R
new PSU (still not decided will wait and see what i need)
Dell 2007 1600x1200
currently running a X1900XT-X

so shall be gaming at 1600x1200 playing new games COD4 as an example.

need playable frame rates with some eye candy at 1600x1200

what do you recommend guys?

at stock my 8800gtx struggles at 1680x1050 with everything maxed and vsync in cod4 down to -30 fps sometimes

got it at 620/1550/2010 and it sticks at 60 fps now
