Ok people,
I think I want to get back into casual gaming on the pc, but instead of using a standalone monitor, using my tv. Now the tv at the moment isnt anything special (28 inch widescreen sony crt) but it does the job, and I dont fancy buying a new high def box just yet.
So the connectors the tv has is s-video and yellow red white component jobbies.
What sort GFX card should I be looking at that would be able to hook up to a TV via one of these connectors? Obviously good enough as well to be able to handle an upgrade of the tv as well to a high def one.
In an ideal world I would get a monitor, but I dont particularly have anywhere I would be able to set the pc up, so next to the tv and connected to it is really the only way.
Cheers for any suggestions.
Edit:
Radeons look like the way to go from my initial investigation...
Asus ATI Radeon HD 3850 X2 1024MB DDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail (EAH3850X2/HTDI/1G)
