Spec me a good online war game !

Basically im bored outta my head with the usual, been playing dod, cs, bf2 for years now and i fancy a change. Im looking for something with great on-line game play and something that has plenty of action going on.

I know you're looking for FPS more than anything else... but if your looking at RPGs you can't get much bigger than Warhammer Online

The war in that is huge at times, get in a guild on a populated server and you'll have hundreds of people battling for keeps and defending places

World War II Online is getting a lot of hype from OcUK users, but I've not played it myself.

COD4. You name it, the gametype will be in there somewhere. DM, TDM, CTF (one flag, two flag), KOTH, one life gametypes too (so watch your back), etc.

Also, being able to customise all your gear is great fun, and unlocking more and more stuff is awesome- maximum replayability.

To get all these game modes i dont have to install any mods, its just install and play so to say ?

Yup. But if you fancy something other than FPS, Company of heroes (RTS) is good online. I'm rubbish at it tho lol!
