IMO, the twin frozr looks better. Also, MSI and Gigabuyte and EVGA are better brands

no, it's really really quiet! The phantom is quieter though

the evga would match my motherboard and for better performance i am willing to sacrifice a little of my silence so noise is not really an issue come to think of it
