Spec me a graphics card

Hi i'm wishing to upgrade my graphics card on my computer, i have a MSI P35 Neo Combo (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 & DDR3 Motherboard and a Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2180 "LGA775 Core 2" 2.00GHz (800FSB), (don't know if this info will help).
Money is not so much a problem, but i don't want a card that will be wasted on what i all ready have.
I will be mainly using it for gaming and folding.

my res is 1680x1050 and i will be playing a variety of games, like fps and rts etc

Point of View GeForce 8600 GTS "MotoGP Edition" 256MB GDDR3 HDTV/DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express), i have 2gb ram but up grading to 4gb and i have xp 32bit.
my budget is £200 at the moment.

To be honest any gaming/folding will be bottlenecked by your CPU.

and if upgraded to this CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) what would be the best i could buy then??

There could be others. But I like BFG for nvidias lol

There are new ATI cards coming out so you might want to wait until they come out before buying as prices should drop.
