Spec me a graphics card?

Thinking of upgrading from the onboard graphics in my pc to an actual graphics card, only problem is its a dell with a crappy 250w psu and not a huge amount of space in the case. Mainly looking for hd video playback and anything that will boost my WEI score above 3.3

any chance u can list the parts that is in the computer at the moment.

a 250 psu, thats goin to be the deciding factor of what card to get.

I looked on the sapphire website and they listed a minimum requirement of a 400w psu for all their cards I looked at

Machine is used for hd video playback and occasional light gaming

Can't see any power inputs on the card, should just run off the mobo.
