spec me a Graphics card

Sapphire's PCS+ model is another one worth keeping an eye out for. It's only really behind the Sapphire cards in terms of quality.
 
I was just a bout to suggest a second hand 290x but then i noticed everyone else already has lol.

Well, there's only two possible cards it could be with that cooler - a 290 or a 290X. Ask for a screenshot of GPU-Z or a closeup of the warranty sticker (which also has the model number on it) if you're uncertain.
