Spec me a Graphics design PC please.

also left keyboard and mouse choice up to you, i find it's a personal thing

BBK if its for professional use, you would be better off calling OCUK and talking to one of there specialist builders, as that spec above is just total overkill, and can be made a lot better, minus the watercooling, that is'nt needed. AMD/Nvida professional level cards would probably be better to be used, then 2 standard 480's, and saying that you would'nt need 2 anyways.

+1 with what biff said. The 980X is complete overkill. So is the EVGA board. The monitors are **** if you're intending to use it for professional use. You want IPS monitors and you'll be looking to spend big money on a single 27" or 30" IPS, but the resolution is much higher and should negate the need for dual monitors.
