You'd need a billboard (funnily enough) rather than a gravestone, but this one from Bill The Great would do nicely:

oh, and sennas breaks didnt fail, the ride height of the car was too low, the underside hit the floor for a fraction of a second and that was that. this i why they have the plates on the underside of the cars nowadays, anymore more than a ,,,, i think 5 mil ? reduction, and the car is DQ
