Spec Me A Green PSU

My old PSU seems to have died, so I'm on the hunt for a new one. I've realized that in the long run you can save money on a good PSU and save the enviroment too. This is the spec for my machine:

Asus A8N SLi Premium
AMD 4000+
nVidia 7950 GT
2gb RAM
3 SATA HDD

Looking for something:

- Green
- Cheap
- Modular if possible (Any experience with these?)
- Powerful enough for my rig and maybe a bit more in the future.
- Quiet

Any of the Antec Earthwatts. Ive used a couple of 380W ones on overclocked core2 rigs. They are certified as 80+ (Means less waste electricity). However, i do not think they are modular.

Looks good, I wasn't aware of the 80 PLUS certification. After looking at a few on OCUK it seems that nearly all of them have 80 PLUS certifications, they're just not listed as 80 PLUS on OCUK.

Also some PSU's are listed as ATX 2.3. Wikipedia doesn't comment on this and google gives me links to a load of shops.
