How much are you spending and how long are you going for?
Bali.
A few nights in the ubud hanging gardens in the middle of the island, expensive, but setup for quiet honeymoon, private villa, small private infinity pool, local excursions from that hotel.
Then down to Kuta/Sarnur/Nusa Dua or one of the other resorts for more lively nightlife if you want it for the second week.
Bali has something for everyone, and thats where we went.
I have no idea on your budget, but we went for 2 weeks to this place:

We ended up going as at the last minute our 2 weeks in a beach villa with a jacuzzi in the maldives got cancelled. It was by far, the best bit of luck we have had. Bali was phenomenal, and the people there are amazing.
I think we paid just under £4k, but we got quite a bit of discount as we booked the week before we went !
If you have the chance to go full board do it, there are no local restaurants, so unless you hire a car/get a driver you'll have no choice but to dine there anyway. This wasn't an issue for us, as they basically made whatever we wanted. We went in the last week of November and first week of December. The apparent peak rainy season. It rained maybe, 3-4 days of the 14 we were there, and it lasted no longer than 30 minutes. The rest of the time it was 30+ degrees and generally awesome.
It is a LONG way to go when you get to Bali (Check in desk at LHR to Room at the hotel was just over 27 hours, 4 hours of which was Denpassar Airport in Bali to the hotel)
Located in Tembok, which is basically a tiny village, its properly out of the way. You just about get cellphone coverage, and whilst there is Wifi on site, its not blitzkreig fast, no Tv's in the rooms, so its amazing to unwind.
The staff were amazing (and drove to the other side of Bali to get ingredients for meals we wanted, cool eh) and we got a free spa treatment each day.
The sea was amazingly calm and there were free snorkels, masks and flippers to borrow to go and look at the fish. Just down the road is a sunken ship for proper scuba if you wish.
We did a day at a Kopi Luwak coffee plantation, the Elephant sanctuary (with a ride on them which was cool) and the markets at Ubud. Not to be missed.
I can talk at length about it if you so wish, so let me know if you want more detail.
