I'd like to build an HTPC for watching movies and it must be, in order of preference:
1 - Quiet
2 - Low heat
3 - Small
Budget is upto £300ish. Will I be okay with the following?
- Athlon II X2 240 (or similar)
- No video card, just motherboard with onboard HDMI
I'm just wary of UNDER or OVER-speccing what is simply an '*.MPG' file playback machine.
