Looks more than adequate. My htps is an old P4 shuttle that work wonderfully. What about controlling it? The microsoft mce remote is very good, the keyboard is ok, assuming you can get on with the nipple mouse.

Id change the Asus motherboard to something a bit cheaper (G33 chipset) if you've included a graphics card.

I'd change the card to this as well with the money saved - no fan so its silent.

Spend a bit more money on an LG Dual format optical drive as well.
