Spec me a HTPC

im thinking about building a HTPC, from a few parts i already have a few new ones.

It will only be used for internet, watching movies and listening to music.

I already have a gaming rig.

I want this to be a cheap as possible really, but ide like it to be able to play HD movies @1080
