I've found that having a wet tea towel on the bedroom radiator helps me sleep better - I've been waking in the middle of the night with a dry mouth. But I'd like something a little more scientific. Something like a cloth or sponge wick humidifier. Google isn't helping; can you?

Take a glass of water to bed with you? Drink from it when you wake up? I wake up at night with a dry mouth, thought this was normal....

I first bought parents a hygrometer
so - hygrometer accuracy/salt test of the eti hygrometer

showed it under-reading by 5% humidity, should have said 75% but says 70% .
....ok the product spec said it could be out

and found there was no problem ...
but colder winter air in bedroom, if you are mean on heating, like us, carries less moisture, like arctic.

I've had a look around and I think the various humidifiers are all as much or more faff than the wet tea towel, so I'll just continue to use that.
