Soon to be starting an apprenteship away from home, so lugging my pc around will probably not be an option
.
So I'm starting to look into getting a Laptop, however, I can never tell what I want with them as the graphics card's are so vague, best asking some people who know a bit more!
I've been looking around and the 3 best laptop's I've found are a Clevo (Clevo Cosmos 2, nSpire and Lenovo). If anyone knows better specs for my price give me a shout! but not sure what to choose.
Cosmos II 15.6 (1080p or x768) £569
- i5 4210M
- 8GB DDR3
- GT840M (or I can upgrade to 850m but I'm not sure it's worth it).
LENOVO Z50-70 (1080p) £599
- i7-4510U
- 8gb DDR3
- GT840M
nSpire N1601 (x768) £479
- i5 4210
- 8gb DDR3
- GT745M
I Know all of them will handle the usual word processing etc, but for gaming, I only really play Dota2 and maybe some Counterstrike Go.
I don't know why OCUK don't offer a lower priced range of laptops like most other competitors, as I'd trust them more to come up with a better competitively priced system, but they're way out my budget as I'll need to get a printer too.
