Hi my sister is movin to germany in a few months and she needs a laptop to take with her. I've had a look around but cant really find anything particularly suitable, her budget is around 450 max and she needs it to last her a while, a good 3 years or so.
My first thought was to look at Dell to see what they had and found a couple of suitable models but I didnt want to pass up on a decent machine because I hadnt looked at either a VAIO or similar.
She is mainly going to be using for the internet at home and at work and also to work. So preferably something with wireless capabilites. She is prone to putting things on the HDD and just leaving them on for a while so as much space as possible and 512mb would be most suitable, aside form that, the only preference is a dvd drive but that isnt essential. Everything else, graphics and sound and screen size etc arent important to her.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
