Spec me a laptop

Hey all, I'm after a laptop for my gf. She needs it for playing music, doing school work, nothing to taxing, the only thing being that she needs a decent sound card as she's doing music tech. If someone could spec me something not too expensive would be very grateful

Heh, cheap as possible? 500 maybe, thats a guess though, not too hot on laptop prices

Hmm... finding a cheap laptop with a good sound card is going to be hard. At the expense of a sound card an extry laptop should be up to the task.
