Spec me a laptop

Could someone spec me the best laptop £400 can buy, It will mainly be for surfing the net msn blahblah occasional game old or newish can I get something like that for £400?

good spec for the money does everythign you need
you probably need to spend a good week trawling through pages of reviews and user feedback to find the best money can buy though.

the lenovo has a webcam, better processor, an extra usb port, i think the video is probably better too and slimmer chassis 1gig of ram is only £13
