Hi, selling my Compaq CQ61-SA so I need a new laptop. This one has done me well but in its 36 months of usage it has had to have 2 replacement chargers and a new screen (which apparently is a common problem) so this time I want a different make.
I use it for general web browsing, youtube, dvds (sometime stream to tv so wouldnt mind one with hdtv out but not essential) and copying/ripping dvds occasionally. Will be used daily for around 6+ hours so a good/reliable battery would be nice.
It has 3gb ram, win 7 and a dual core t4200 it is pretty nippy I can easily open more then a dozen or two chrome windows without any slowdown happening so I want something which is obviously gonna be a bit better then this.
My budget is around £300. DVDRW, Win 7, 15" screen, 3gb ram+ is what im looking for.
