My house mate needs a new laptop and I don't know enough about them to advise.
MAX budget is £650 and she would like it to be relatively thin/light.
She is a pretty light user and doesn't need any fancy graphics. Storage isn't hugely important either so a small ssd would be ideal as she says that she can use an external hdd for storage.
Keep seeing i5's advertised which seem like the thing to go for, but the cheaper i5's are dual core so might not be all that good.
