Spec me a laptop

Hello guys

Can someone spec me a Macbook Pro replacement. I have had my mac since 2013 but want to switch back to Windows. I do like the look of the Microsoft Surface........

I will be using it for light internet browsing, taking on holiday now and again and to watch a movie or two whilst away from home

Budget around £650

I'll have a look. The XPS 13 is a nice machine I must admit. If i can get one in a good looked after condition then I am not against the idea
