Im looking for an LCD TV but im on a very tight budget...of about £250..Im looking for a respectable 20-23" for that, hopefully..

Do you 'need' the TV right now? I'd save for a bit longer and get to the £300 mark, you can get a 19" HD ready set for that price rather than a bigger screen with lots of compromises.
