Spec Me a Lefty gaming mouse please

So as a lefty I have been stuck using a crappy mouse for years as all the good designs and features always seem to be for the right handers.

Now I think its time I went for a good left handed gaming mouse. What do you guys recommend? I have rather large hands so keep that in mind. My budget is about £50. Cheers
