Get all 3 seasons of Chuck so far. That will sort you out for a bit.
After that, you have 8 seasons of 24 (so about 6 1/2 days worth of tv alone).

Go to the rainforest place and buy "Fun with a pencil" by Andrew Loomis (or just download it on the sly as an ebook/pdf), then just get some paper and start drawing, it's actually really fun and can be followed by absolutely anyone. You may even get a taste for it

When I was bed bound for a while I started watching all of LOST again, read as much as I could, learnt the lyrics to all the current top 40 from the music channels... But I had my leg and arm bust, if my arm was fine that time would have been spent on the PS3
