Spec me a Linux Distro for F@H

Fed up of windows really, plus i need to do a reinstall.

Hardware consists of:
2600K
Z68MX-UD2H
16GB RAM
Crucial 300 SSD
GTX560 Ti

ive dabbled with linux before so know the basics etc including getting packages via console.

I need a distro that will let me run Folding at Home via the console and let me use the system for media playback, NZB downloads and possibly PS3 Media Serving with boxee?

Is this possible?

Ubuntu with the ck patched kernel is generally the flavour of choice amongst folders, there's an excellent setup guide here

I use Sabnzbdplus for usenet, and VLC for media playback, both are in the software repository.
