Can anyone recommend a free, easy to configure MTA we can run on RedHat which we can use to stop Dev+Test systems from emailling outside of our organisation?

Background, we frequently refresh our Dev + Test systems from Production data, run it thru a masking and anonymisation process etc. but now and again, something slips thru the net because programmers like to put email addresses in their own custom records or config files. We then have a little panic about "Crap, did we just email a bunch of people we shouldnt have?"

We don't have a dev or test email service, because it's provided by a third party organisation and cloud based. Plus our business people and testers expect emails when they run tests because thats what they'd get in Production. And their sulking apparently outweighs our technical advice. Go figure.

In order to protect against Dev+Test sending things to our external contacts, or even outside of our own dept, I'm looking for something we can setup to say "Is your email gointo to anywhere other than *@ourcompany.net? Redirect it to [email protected]" or "Did your email go to someone not on this whitelist @ourcompany.net? Redirect it to [email protected]".

And then we just point all our dev+test systems to deliver mail to that instead.

Simples right?!
