Spec me a low end PC pls

I need a PC for my brother. It needs to be quite small in format, so no full towers!!!.

He will basically use it for internet, listening to music, watching DVD's and playing his favourite game RCT3. Thats the only PC game he plays. Everything else is PS3.

Do you think I can get this done for under £300?

Are integrated graphics enough for RCT3 at max settings?

Yeah should be, I checked the specs for it and its low end game, only needs ATI radeon with 32mb (64 recomended) and the integrated gpu is a Radeon 4250 so it will be more than ample
