Well finally got that viewsonic vx922 monitor and I must say from a complete CRT fan boi! I am very impressed with this monitor. Even on old cs 1.6 it runs the game without very much motion blur etc. The colors are very rich too so I cant complain at all. Going to get back into PC gaming so I want a full new rig and I am going to use my current shuttle type machine as a media center pc for my lovely 32inch Sony Bravia 
Anyway I dont want to be spending bloody crazy money on a new PC and I think I would be quite happy being able to play all games such as Company of heroes and the Source Engine on high detail in my monitors default res of 1280 x 1024. Obviously I am excited about Bioshock and Crysis coming out but theres no way im shelling out for one of those ultras or anything. So what would be a recommended GFX card that will still play these latest games smoothly so I can then build my new setup around it?
