Spec me a machine for Footy Manager

A mate of mine wants a machine that will play Football Manager... and that's about it.

A fast processor is key but I don't think he'll be playing any graphically demanding games.

What's good these days? It's ben a while since I built my machine (i5 2500K, 570gtx et al)

Budget is £300 max (also need monitor/keyboard/mouse)

If he's wanting to play with at least a few leagues then £300 just aint gonna cut it I'm afraid.
