Spec me a MB and CPU

I bought a Crosshairs v formula z from somewhere else just over a year ago and in the last few months have started having some issues with it, so, contacted the vendor and they have agreed to a full refund for the MB since they have pulled it from stock due to complaints about it.

I figured with the cash from the refund and what extra I have available on my visa now might be the time to go intel.

I will be using everything else from my old build but want to replace my CPU and MB only right now (will upgrade things like PSU and GPU later as I can afford them)

Current list of parts going back in are :

Corsair AX760 PSU
Kingston Hyper X Fury 2400 DDR3 (2x4mb)
Asus DC2 GTX 560ti
Various hard drives and SSD

Space in my case is not an issue as I use a CM Storm Trooper and the new CPU will have to use stock cooling till I can afford a decent loop.

My maximum budget is £350 and I was hoping to get an I7 4790K so basically it all comes down to the board unless there is a better or similar CPU for less atm and I need a board that will take the CPU right out of the box as I don't have and cant afford to get a CPU to do BIOS updates just so it accepts the CPU I want.

I would consider another CPU as long as the price and performance were equal or better for the same price as the 4790k, it just seems the 4790k is still the best option in this price bracket just now without having to change my memory to DDR4.

I had looked at both of these offers but wasnt sure what the boards were like or if there was better option for similar prices with them.
