Spec me a meal...please?

I just had a thought....I could do a butterfly turkey steak, with some cheese in the middle and wrapped in bacon, with some nice chunky chips and peas?

I must add, I will eat some veg, just definatly not mushrooms/trees (white or green) or peppers...

Bacon is pork old chap...

And not to turn this into a medical thread, but if your gums start bleeding you may want to get checked out for scurvy ;)

Solution:

Get a better girlfriend who isn't a veggie. Also stop being a berk and start eating nice food.

Incidentally, how is lasagna ok with her? Surely that contains beef?

edit: wait what? she isn't veggie and yet doesn't like those meats? That's somehow still worse. Trade her in.

OR!

1) Tell her she'll be cooking
2) Say you'll be bringing the meat
3) Do a sexy dance "duh duh da duh durrrrrh"
4) ????
5) anal

Chicken stuffed with wild mushrooms and hazelnuts with pan haggerty

Chicken breasts stuffed with home made pesto and mozarella wrapped in parma ham, on a bed of mushrooms.

Rack of lamb with wild mushrooms and butterbean mash

Roast lamb with spinach mousse, wild garlic puree, duxelles mushrooms and a fondant potato.

Fillet steak with beetroot rosti - or just a good old fashioned steak with dauhpinoise potatoes?

Venison with pepercorn sauce, cavalo nero and gratin dauphinoise

Orange and maple glazed duck breast with celeriac puree

Or good ol' classic maigret de canard or confit de canard?

I bought some stuff today for the meal tomorrow, good quality food by the looks of it. I wanted to do an Amuse-bouche, followed by a starter, then main course and lastly, the dessert.

I had no idea what to do for the first one, so It's only starter/main/dessert.

For the starter I am doing 3 garlic bread slices with some cheese on, and some garlic mayo dipping sauce.

Main course is some parmentier potatoes and a turkey fillet with a cheese breadcrumb topping.

Dessert is a chocolate souffle.

Hope it doesthe job.

What do you think?
