K60 will be over budget. Unfortunatly this is the extent of OCUK brown switch keyboards.

However for the price along with being a kickass keyboard pick up a Cooler Master Quickfire TK brown switch board. Many people here own them and for the price you can't go wrong. Price wise they are anything from £60-80.

That is unless you want the gorgeous pink keyboard above. ;)

I use a steelseries 6gv2...the black switches feel heavy at first but you adjust to them quickly. It's the first mechnical keyboard I tried, have since used other switches but black is my favourite now for typing/gaming. Definitely recommend it and is one of the cheapest. Only downside for me is the print on some of the keys tend to go off colour easily.
 
Brown switches are very nice all rounders, and are seen as a safe bet when going into the world of mechanical keyboards.

CM Storm keyboards are ones to look at for your price range, and they are some very solid keyboards!
