I need to order a new media centre PC for my dad and would welcome some opinions.
We currently have an Acer Aspire iDea 500 dedicated media centre PC but that appears to have given up the ghost.
It needs to be reasonably small and quiet, sitting on top of a unit, it must have a digital TV tuner or two and probably an FM tuner. Remote control functionaility isn't needed, neither is a keyboard/mouse. It must also run Windows 7 pretty comfortably so a minimum of 4GB RAM. A lot of storage space isn't required so some kind of solid state hard disk may be useful.
Any suggestions?
