Spec me a Mini-ITX build

Budget is about £400.
Used for gaming and other guff.

CPU, Mobo, Ram, PSU, GFX, Cooler, Case.
I'd prefer Intel over AMD.

With the budget I have available, would I get anything better than what I am running at the moment?

I want something that gives similar, if not better, performance to the spec in my sig.

The main reason for doing this is to down size my setup, This is a huge beast at the moment.
