Spec me a Mini-Itx PC for Gaming

Hey folks! Looking to build a mini itx system for a friend who plays mostly COD and those kind of games, including the custom-mod versions of the games too.

Budget ideally under £500 if possible! Preferred Intel & Nvidia combinations!
