Hey all,
Contemplating trying to put together a 2nd machine for my girlfriend to use so we can play some co-op stuff together. We have a TV in our kitchen-diner on a sideboard near the dinner table, so I figured if I can squeeze a mini-itx box in there she could use the TV as a monitor with a wireless controller or KB+M on the dining table...
Here's the requirements:
1. Must be mini-ITX (or micro if you think a very small case exists) and with decent-ish cooling - expect the cupboard door will be left open/ajar when gaming to allow ventilation but it might be shut-in when idling or doing lighter stuff
2. Doesn't have to be absolute top-tier specs, but decent enough. It will likely be able to benefit from cascading old GPUs and other parts from my main rig (and in fact it could potentially have my MSI GTX 970 if you include an upgraded card for my main rig in the spec!)
3. Budget I guess let's aim for around £500 - though it's okay to go over a little bit if it is replacing my main GPU and taking the 970
