spec me a mini pseudo-upgrade!

Here's my spec at the moment:

Shuttle barebones SP35P2
q6600 @ 2.8
8gb ddr2 (2gb x 4)
64gb ssd + 320gb sata
4850 gfx

And tbh the performance is good enough for me, I don't play cutting edge games as much as I used to. However the Shuttle, whilst looking sexual, is giving me a few headaches: no raid if you have an additional 'lone' drive also plugged in, and noisy (the PSU, and I'm limited to the stock gfx cooler.)

Ideally I'd like to stay small and stylish, but not too small that it causes a problem, and not a flat square box, so I'm thinking Lian Li A05NB to pop it into.

So what I'm looking for is a mobo I can plug all my stuff into, a silent/quiet PSU, and a solution to keep my gfx quiet (or a new gfx card which maintains 4850 performance but with silence as standard!). Quiet is key! Recommendations to hunt out second hand stuff is fine.

Any of P43/45 mobos will be fine, if you get microATX you have more options for small cases
gfx wise look at a 5770 which are quite a bit quieter anyway but if you really want quiet go for a vapor X version
PSU look at corsair
