Need a mitre saw to do skirting and picture rail. Perimeter of room is just over 20m.

Manual or electric - I don't mind.

Skirting board is going to be 170-200 mm high, most manual blocks/saw's seem to be suitable for 150mm or less skirting unless I am looking in the wrong place.

I don't want to buy cheap and buy twice, that said I don't want to spend a absolute fortune, it will more than likely end up on eBay afterwards.

I could hire one, but that would put me under pressure to get it done and some nights after work and gym I can't be chewed. I would rather take my time over a week or 3 and get it perfect. I'm good at DIY when time is on my side and I've the right tools at hand and most importantly when I'm in the mood!

Have coping saw and all the other bits I need.

Budget, as little as possible to get the job done, without compromising the job if you get my meaning. Less than the price of that Bosch to be fair if possible.

I already have a very good hand saw, can you get a block big enough to accomodate that size skirting. I presume a block simply screws to a bench or workmate?

If they exist that would be my preference as they are way cheaper.
