Spec me a mobile phone!

So i would quite like a new phone.

I currently have the waterproof samsung phone which is rugged but fairly poor for texting.

Specifications:
-I want my phone to remember saved words in predictive text
-I dont really want facebook, apps and all that shiz.
-fairly rugged
-not too interested in a smartphone
-fairly cheap, will probably buy used in good condition.

EDIT: sorry didn't specify a budget. Under £100 would be preferable, but happy to buy part used if available.

He chose it because it is rugged, can do the text thing, and can be had for under £200 but whether that is cheap to you who knows as you did'nt say a budget.
